Hewlett Packard's vision is described and explained in the HP IT Service Management Reference Model. Once the IT Service Management processes have been described using the model, the organizational aspects and the IT Management tools to be used are subsequently described. A plan to achieve Service Management is explained, following which a number of recommendations are made.
