Adam Grummitt has over twenty years’ experience in performance management and capacity planning, specializing in application trials, performance engineering and strategic capacity management practice. He is a founding director of Metron. His main focus is now on strategic consultancy and some key international partnerships.
Adam is the current chairman of UKCMG and on an executive sub-committee of itSMFUK (ITIL). His book, Capacity Management: a practitioner guide, was published in July 2009. He has delivered papers and workshops on ITIL and capacity management at many conferences and is a well-known speaker at CMG itself as well as international chapters of CMG.
